Talk to us, or see Falconzo for yourself
Tell us how your team handles customers and email today, and we will show you what Falconzo would change about it. No script and no obligation.

How to reach us
Pick the route that matches your question. Each one goes to a person, not a queue that forwards it back to you.
Sales and demos
[Sales contact email]
Questions about what Falconzo does, whether it fits your team, and what it would cost. Booking a walkthrough starts here too.
Help with an existing account
[Support contact email]
For customers who already use Falconzo and need a hand with a mailbox connection, an import, or anything that is not behaving as expected.
Privacy requests only
[Privacy contact email]
This address is for privacy matters and nothing else: questions about personal data, or a request to access or delete it. Sales enquiries sent here will be slower to answer.
By phone
[Business phone]
If you would rather talk it through. Available during [Business hours and time zone].
By post
[Business address]
The registered address of FalconPlans. Post is the slowest way to reach us, so please use email if the matter is time sensitive.
There is no contact form on this page, on purpose
A form that looks like it sends and quietly does not is worse than no form at all, and this site does not yet have anything behind one. Email and phone reach a person, so those are what we publish. The addresses above are placeholders until the live ones are confirmed.
What happens after you get in touch
So you know what you are agreeing to before you send anything.
You send us a short message
Tell us the size of your team, which mailbox you use, and the one thing that is most annoying about how you track customers today. Three lines is plenty.
We reply with questions or a time
If your situation is straightforward we will suggest a couple of times for a walkthrough. If it is not, we will ask a few questions first so the call is not spent on background.
We walk through Falconzo with your work in mind
A live look at the product, aimed at your process rather than a fixed script. Bring a colleague if the decision is not yours alone.
You get a written follow-up
A short summary of what we showed you, honest notes on anything Falconzo does not do, and a quote for the number of people who need a login.
You decide in your own time
No pressure and no repeated chasing. If the timing is wrong, tell us when to come back and we will leave you alone until then.
What a demo actually covers
Around [Demo length to be confirmed], live, with your own situation as the agenda.
We start with how your customers reach you now: which mailbox you use, whether messages arrive on WhatsApp or Instagram, and who picks them up. Then we show the same journey inside Falconzo, from the first message to a contact, a deal and a follow-up task.
We will cover how a mailbox connects, why some conversations link to records automatically and others wait for you to confirm them, and what your team would and would not be able to see from each other. If shared addresses such as sales@ or support@ matter to you, say so in advance and we will spend the time there.
We will also tell you what Falconzo does not do. Every product has edges, and finding yours in month three is expensive for you and embarrassing for us.
Useful to have ready
- How many people need a login
- Which mail provider you use
- Which messaging channels customers actually use
- Whether you are moving from another CRM or from spreadsheets
- Any record type that is specific to your business
Not needed for a demo
- Connecting your real mailbox
- Uploading your customer list
- Payment details of any kind
- A decision on the call
Before you write to us
Some questions have a faster answer than an email.
The FAQ covers what teammates can and cannot see, how conversations are matched to records, and what happens when you disconnect something. The integrations page lists every mailbox and messaging channel Falconzo connects to.
Pricing questions are worth asking directly, because the amounts on the pricing page are still placeholders. For how data is handled, read the security page and the privacy policy.
Send us three lines about your team
Team size, mail provider, and the thing that annoys you most about tracking customers today. That is enough for us to be useful.
