Every plan includes the CRM and a mailbox connection for each person. The differences are about working as a team and shaping the data to your business.
Placeholder pricing, stated plainly

In every plan
These are not upsells. They are how the product works.
Your existing mailbox
Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Zoho Mail, Yahoo Mail, or any mailbox over IMAP and SMTP. No new email address to set up.
Personal mail stays personal
A connected mailbox is visible only to the person who connected it, unless someone with the right permission deliberately turns it into a shared one.
Disconnect at any time
Connections are approved on the provider's own screen and removed from settings, which deletes the stored credentials.
Your data, exportable
Records can be imported and exported as CSV, so what you put into Falconzo can come back out again.
Billing questions
Where an answer is not yet settled, it says so instead of guessing.
